    The photos appeared on the same day in two different newspapers. Below are the article titles and the captions:

    How does this change your formation help you answer your questions? What other questions does it raise?

    Everybody voted for image #2 as the image that gave the better impression of leadership skills. I think it's interesting how our culture interprets action rather than thoughtfulness and concern as a sign of leadership. I'm not saying its wrong or right...just interesting.
